If you love good food, good wine, good music & good company then ‘Fešta’ - The Croatian Food & Wine Festival is the place to be Saturday, November 22nd 2008 from 11am.

The 5th annual Fešta (pronounced: “Feshta”) will, as always, showcase delicious and authentic Croatian cuisine from various regions, cooked to traditional home style recipes. The tasty treats on offer range from various seafoods including prawns, tuna, calamari, octopus, to whole spit roasted pork, lamb and beef!

Traditional favorites such as chevapchichi, sarma (stuffed cabbage rolls) and Croatian style pita will also be available. For those with a sweet tooth - the range of cakes will be irresistible.

Along with the wonderful food on offer, some quality wines have been imported direct from Croatia’s premium wine growing regions for this one day only. There will also be imported Croatian beer available - in fact Croatia's favourite beer - ‘Karlovacko’.

Music and singing have always been a strong part of Croatian culture, so there will be an endless amount of entertainment throughout the day. To help us celebrate this year’s Fešta we have some very special guests - see the program for more details.

‘Out of the Blue’ TV series to be filmed at Fešta!
Cooking demonstrations and on location recording of the popular lifestyle TV program ‘Out of the Blue’ featuring ‘the two Michaels’ will be filmed at Fešta.
