If you love good food, good wine, good music & good company then ‘Fešta’ - The Croatian Food & Wine Festival is the place to be Saturday, November 21st 2009 from 11am.

The 6th annual Fešta (pronounced: “Feshta”) will, as always, showcase delicious and authentic Croatian cuisine from various regions, cooked to traditional home style recipes. The tasty treats on offer range from various seafoods including prawns, tuna, calamari, octopus, to whole spit roasted pork, lamb and beef!

Traditional favorites such as chevapchichi, sarma (stuffed cabbage rolls) and Croatian style pita will also be available. For those with a sweet tooth - the range of cakes will be irresistible.

Along with the wonderful food on offer, some premium quality local wines from Tomich Wines will be available as well as imported varieties direct from Croatia’s premium wine growing regions for this one day only. There will also be imported Croatian beer - in fact Croatia's favourite beer - ‘Karlovacko’.

Music and singing have always been a strong part of Croatian culture, so there will be an endless amount of entertainment throughout the day. To help us celebrate this year’s Fešta we have some very special guests - see the program for more details.
